- Photo Identification (ex: Driver's License, ID Card)
- Proof of Insurance (ex: Insurance Card)
What will happen?
- 1. A comprehensive oral exam that consists of:
- Digital X-Rays of your entire mouth
- A blood pressure reading to gauge your overall health
- A recording of your existing and past dental work
- An assessment of your gums to check for disease and recession
- A diagnosis of your current dental needs
- A discussion of your treatment options
- 2. We will do our best to provide services the same day. But
depending on your individual case, a separate appointment may need
to be scheduled.
- 3. Insurance and Payment
- We accept most major insurance, PPO only
- Cash, checks, and credit cards (including American Express,
Master Card, and Visa) - We also work with CareCredit, a financing option which can
allow you to afford your dental needs within your budget. You
can apply online at CareCredit.com or we are happy to help you
through the process during your visit.
